Full-Time RVing: How to Make it Happen About the Author: Four years after the death of her husband of 26 years, Sharlene Minshall sold her home, moved into a motorhome, and launched a second life. It was a time of letting go of grief and starting a whole new life of RVing adventures and a new career in writing. This eventually led to authoring five books, with number six due out soon, and lecturing on the RVing lifestyle. Nearly fifteen years of full-time solo traveling have taken her through all the United States, all the Canadian Provinces, and seventeen Mexican States. She has published over 300 columns and articles in RV magazines. She has been an instructor for Life on Wheels, RV Educational Conferences, since 1996.

Minshall has logged more than 200,000 miles over the highways and byways of the northern hemisphere and that rightly qualifies her as an expert RVer. However, she is a crackerjack of a writer, too. So, if you find yourself afflicted with a strong wanderlust, reading her book, "Full-Time RVing: How to Make it Happen," just might introduce you to a perfect cure for your ailment while entertaining you mightily. Minshall combines a wonderful sense of humor in her style of writing together with some down-to-earth common sense. She covers the basic how-tos of traveling full-time as well as the equipment necessary to make an RV a home. This is one knowledgeable grandma! Have some family members who discourage your adventuresome cravings? Minshall shares how she continues to enjoy family and maintain close relationships even while exploring all the wonderful nooks and crannies of this country. If you are considering adopting the RV lifestyle, this book is a must-read.

RV Lifestyles by Joe and Vicki Kieva Just what is this "RV lifestyle" that you keep reading and hearing about? The RV lifestyle is any lifestyle that is enhanced by using an RV. We have seen RVs used to compliment a variety of recreational and lifestyle choices. Day trips to the beach, zoo and even the factory outlet mall can be a lot more enjoyable in an RV. Truck campers, van conversions and small motorhomes really work well here. The passengers ride in the comfort of their own living room and the conveniences of a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are brought right into the parking lot.
